Service Description
We do a Pilates class at Palmerstown youth and community center every Wednesday at 9:45am and Fridays at 11:15am. The Classes are adult beginner friendly, All levels welcome. It is 8 euro a class or 25 euro for a block of 4 sessions. The Classes are to be paid in person on the day. Please note: You must bring your own mat for the classes.

Appointment Policy Notice Please be aware of the following clinic policies to help us provide the best service to all our clients: A €20 fee will apply if you cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours’ notice or fail to attend your scheduled session.
